Self-paced DVD Distance Education
For US and international students

HSC offers its outstanding two-year certificate
program for self-paced study. Regardless of your location,
studying classical homeopathy at HSC is facilitated by the school's
cutting edge, integrated curriculum and faculty support.
The Self-paced Distance Education is offered in four
levels and provides flexibility in completing the Two-Year Certificate
Program. Each level is studied one level at a time. You can choose
to learn homeopathy for first aid, acute and family care or continue
with the entire program for professional care. With email access
and a strong interest in homeopathy, you can successfully become
a professional homeopath.
HSC has provided exceptional
distance education programs since 2002, with graduation rates
equal to those of resident program participants. A Certificate
of Classical Homeopathy (CHom) is awarded at the successful
conclusion of the all four levels of the Self-paced Distance Program.
The program includes:
|
· Four levels of study
(125 credit hours each)
· Five module packets for each level
· Fall (September) or Spring (February) Semester enrollment
· Instruction by nationally certified homeopaths
· Guest lectures by internationally renowned homeopaths
· Individual support from certified professional homeopaths
· Lectures and activities delivered via high quality DVD
· Clinical training
· Preparation for national certification |
How does Self-paced Distance Education work?
At the beginning of each level, students receive a packet containing
a syllabus, calendar, study guides, topic related materials, assignments
and five DVD-sets with lectures and classroom activities. The DVDs
engage students via video with actual classroom lectures and activities.
Assignments are fully explained and outlined in the syllabus. Completed
assignments are emailed to the support faculty monthly. Certified
homeopaths provide academic support and feedback for all assignments.
Regular self-checks and quizzes facilitate continued mastery of
the curriculum.
Textbooks for the program are ordered from homeopathic book distributors
